Section 10
Vacancy Of The Post Of The Chairperson And The Member
The post of the Chairperson and the Member shall be deemed to be vacant in the following circumstances: –
(a) If his/her written resignation tendered to Government of Nepal is accepted,
(b) If he/she completes his/her tenure pursuant to Section 8,
(c) If he/she is removed from his/her post pursuant to Section 9,
(d) If he/she is convicted of any criminal offences from the court, or
(e) If he/ she dies.
